"Guest" refers to any user who books or seeks to book an accommodation through our Services.

"Host" refers to any user who lists or offers accommodations through our Services.

"Listing" refers to any accommodation advertised or offered for booking through our Services.

"Booking" refers to a reservation of a Listing by a Guest.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Bookings and Payments

When you book a Listing, you agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes associated with your Booking. Payment terms are specified at the time of Booking.

Cancellation policies vary by Listing and are specified on the Listing page. You agree to abide by the cancellation policy applicable to your Booking.

We reserve the right to cancel any Booking at our discretion, including if we believe the Booking violates these Terms or may harm our Services or reputation.

5. Host Obligations

Hosts are responsible for ensuring that their Listings comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Hosts must provide accurate and complete information about their Listings, including amenities, availability, and pricing.

Hosts are responsible for maintaining their Listings in a clean, safe, and habitable condition.

6. Guest Obligations

Guests must use the accommodations in accordance with the rules and guidelines provided by the Host.

Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the accommodations during their stay.

Guests must vacate the accommodations at the end of the Booking period.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

You agree not to violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights in connection with your use of our Services.

You agree not to interfere with or disrupt our Services or servers or networks connected to our Services.

8. Intellectual Property

Our Services and all content and materials included on our Services, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of StayEase or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us during the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StayEase and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

If we make changes to these Terms, we will provide notice of such changes, such as by sending an email, providing a notice through our Services, or updating the date at the top of these Terms.
